We prioritize transparency, ensuring that the seller is well-informed about every step of our acquisition and transition process.
Through our initial email correspondence, we aim to gain a deeper understanding of whether the company aligns with my desired business acquisition criteria. Subsequently, we will connect via a phone call to introduce ourselves and delve into a comprehensive discussion about your business and its future prospects. To ensure confidentiality, both parties will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before proceeding to the next phase, safeguarding all sensitive information shared during our interactions.
We’ll get to know one another better through additional conversations and as you share more detailed company information. An Indication of Interest (IOI), a non-binding agreement outlining the general terms of the deal, will be signed.
We'll formalize our non-binding offer by signing a LOI. In order to decide whether your firm is a good fit, my team will evaluate it overall, looking beyond financial success.
We'll verify everything we discovered throughout the evaluation process and finish off the last few legal and accounting procedures. We'll toast our shared success and kick off the change.
